We offer products both without a covering, and with the protective layer of oil or oil-wax put in factory conditions. Only environmentally friendly products of the Belgian company Rubio Monocoat are used in the production.
- Oil is the best option. When applied, the wood receives additional protection directly from the moment the board is made. In addition, in the production of oil treatment is under pressure, so it penetrates deep into the texture. The oil emphasizes the structure of the wood, allows the tree to breathe.
- The mixture of oil and wax allows to process a tree with oil and at the same time to give to a surface gloss and gloss. The protective film is easily restored by repeated application.
- Select – the highest grade of wood with a mixed saw. Light body knots up to 5 mm, eyes – up to 3 mm are allowed. The front side with the same pattern. Color – uniform, characteristic of this species of wood without sharp color differences, inclusions and any atypical colors.
- Natur – mixed sawdust. Front side with textured pattern. Small color changes within the wood tone are allowed. Knots: healthy knots – up to 30 mm in diameter, dark knots – up to 20 mm. High color contrast, sapwood, rot, wormholes, mechanical damage are not allowed.
- Rustic – mixed sawdust. Large changes in wood color are allowed on the front side. Healthy knots – up to 60 mm in diameter; dark – up to 30 mm. Partially “tobacco” non-through knots, core, small cracks without reaching the edge are allowed. Significant color change and sharp differences are allowed. Through holes, wormholes, iron, sapwood, through cracks are not allowed.
* Solid board is a natural product. Differences in color, structure, and the presence / absence of typical features of wood, such as cracks, knots, etc., may be more or less pronounced, depending on the type and species of wood.
